The 1979 “Berne Convention on Works” fully protects academic research (Art. 2.1) including selection and arrangement of research (Art. 2.5) and prohibits unauthorized derivative works (Art. 2.3) or adaptations of research (Art. 12). All unauthorized republication including online is illegal (Art. 9). “Fair Use” does NOT permit infringement for unfair competition by another non-profit (17 USC 107), which is a criminal offense (17 USC 106, 501(a)) punishable by 10 years imprisonment (18 USC 241; UK Copyright Act §107).

Trademarks (TM) – All names and emblems of the Church and its affiliates and programs are Trademarks (TM) and Service Marks (SM) 2016, 2022 Ancient Apostolic Church. All International Rights Reserved. The 1979 “Convention on Industrial Property” fully protects (TM) and (SM) marks regardless of country registration (Art. 6-6th, Art. 8), specifically for State heraldry marks (Art.6-3rd: 1(a)-(b)), and prohibits unfair competition by creating any confusion (Art.10-2nd: 3(i)), which is a criminal offense (15 USC 1053, 1125(a)) punishable by 10 years imprisonment (18 USC 241; UK Copyright Act §107).

Restrictions – As this work is continually updated, any unauthorized uses may become obsolete.
